Ingredients:

-       30 pieces dumpling wrappers

-       125 gr finely chopped skinless prawns

-       100 gr minced chicken meat

-       1  egg

-       2  tbsp tapioca flour

-       1  finely chopped leek

-       ½  tsp salt

-       ½  tsp pepper

Special Croquette

Ingredients for croquette skin:

-       1 egg

-       100 gr all purpose flour

-       200 ml milk

-       50 ml water

-       ¼ tsp garam

-       2 tbsp IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil for coating

Ingredients for croquette fillings:

-       100 gr mayonnaise

Indonesian Tofu Crepes

Ingredients:

 

-       30 pieces dumpling wrappers

-       2 pieces medium sized tofu

-       150 gr corned beef

-       100 gr minced meat

-       3 egg

-       250 gr leek, finely chopped

-       1 tsp pepper

-       2 tsp salt

Javanese Fried Rice

Ingredients:

-       500 gr cooked white rice

-       200 gr boiled chicken, cut thinly

-       100 gr boiled bean sprout

-       1 leek, cut thinly

-       1 cup chicken stock

-       1 tbsp soy sauce
