Crispy Fried Dumpling
Ingredients:
- 30 pieces dumpling wrappers
- 125 gr finely chopped skinless prawns
- 100 gr minced chicken meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 finely chopped leek
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 500 ml IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil for deep frying
Directions:
- Mix minced chicken meat, skinless prawns, with sesame oil, egg, tapioca flour, and chopped leek. Season with salt and pepper and mix to blend.
- Break of pieces of the mixture and wrap it with dumpling wrappers.
- Heat IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil over medium heat; place just enough dumplings so that they are not overcrowded.
- Fry on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and serve.
