Indonesian Tofu Crepes
Ingredients:
- 30 pieces dumpling wrappers
- 2 pieces medium sized tofu
- 150 gr corned beef
- 100 gr minced meat
- 3 egg
- 250 gr leek, finely chopped
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 500 ml IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil for frying
Directions:
- Mix evenly tofu, corned beef, minced meat, leek, egg, salt and pepper.
- Take 1 piece of dumpling wrapper.
- Fill it with 2 tbsp of mixture.
- Fold into square form.
- Heat IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil and place the crepes inside.
- Fry the crepes with IKAN DORANG SPESIAL cooking oil with medium heat until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and serve with red chili pepper, and pickles.
