Ikan Dorang Cooking Demo with Chef Juna at MIFHEX 2023

From 13–15 October 2023, PT Ikan Dorang held an engaging cooking demonstration at MIFHEX 2023, hosted at The Rinra Hotel, Makassar. The event became even more special with the presence of Chef Juna, who showcased professional cooking techniques using Ikan Dorang cooking oil.

During the demo, Chef Juna and the team prepared a variety of healthy, crispy, and delicious dishes using Ikan Dorang’s premium cooking oil. Each dish was served to visitors, allowing them to experience firsthand the oil’s quality, stability, and performance in frying.
